housse-protection-roue-secours-personnalisee-14-17-pouces
Custom 14–17-Inch Spare Tire Cover

Custom spare tire cover: your design on the back of the vehicle

On a 4x4, a SUV with an external spare tire, or a trailer, this rear tire is the first thing others see. You might as well make it a signature. This spare tire cover features the design of your choice: a photo, a club logo, a first name, a humorous sign, or a regional coat of arms. The result is a custom spare tire cover that protects the tire exactly like a standard cover, while giving your vehicle a rear end that no one else will have.

A spare tire that tells a story

The disc is cut from a flexible black fabric, edged with contrasting stitching and tensioned by a peripheral elastic band. The design covers the entire visible face, edge to edge, with no white border. This is what makes the difference compared to a simple sticker applied to a black cover: here, the print is part of the fabric, it does not bubble, and it does not peel off during high-pressure washing. On a Jimny, a Wrangler, a Vitara, or a cargo trailer, this 4x4 spare tire cover transforms a purely functional element into a styling feature.

The most common uses? A company logo on a service vehicle, a photo of a dog for a family car, an off-road club emblem, or simply a graphic background matching the bodywork color.

Printing, fabric, and elastic: how a custom cover stays in place

The print is made using dye-sublimation into the fiber: the pigments penetrate the fabric instead of staying on the surface, which explains its resistance to rubbing, rain, and ultraviolet rays. The fabric is coated on the inner side, making it waterproof and preventing water from pooling in contact with the rim. The entire circumference is elasticated: you slip the waterproof spare tire cover on like a beanie, pull, and it hugs the side on its own. No hooks, no straps, no screws to attach to the bodywork.

Custom spare tire cover — your photo, logo, or text printed across the entire visible face.

Waterproof spare tire protection — the coated fabric keeps rain and spray away from the tire.

UV-resistant tire cover — the print and fabric block direct light.

Peripheral elastic — put on and removed in a few seconds, without tools.

Four diameters — from 14 to 17 inches, for most external spare tires.

Vehicle and trailer use — 4x4s, rear-mounted spare tire SUVs, trailers, caravans.

Choosing the right diameter and submitting your design

The diameter to select is that of the rim, which can be found at the end of the dimensions on the tire sidewall: 15 for 215/75 R15, for example. Four sizes are offered, from 14 to 17 inches. If your tire is particularly wide, the elastic can accommodate some of the difference, but it is best to ask us before ordering. Regarding the design, send us your file after ordering, in high resolution and preferably in a square format: we will review the rendering together before printing. For a custom spare tire cover, this prior check avoids bad framing surprises.

Does a printed cover really last several seasons outdoors?

That is the real question for a product permanently exposed on the back of a vehicle. Dye-sublimation resists surface screen printing much better, which eventually cracks. Aging manifests rather as a slight loss of intensity in bright colors after several summers in the full sun, especially on reds. An occasional rinse with clear water, without solvents or a hard brush, is enough to maintain the original appearance of your car tire protection cover.

A custom piece ordered from a specialist in automotive styling

Becquet Voiture was built around pieces that change the look of a car.
