phares-led-vw-golf-mk7-2017-2020
LED Headlights VW Golf MK7 2017-2020

VW Golf MK7 2017-2020 LED Headlights — The Facelift Front End Finally Up to Standard

Modernize the front end of your 2017 to 2020 Volkswagen Golf MK7 / VII (TSI, TDI, halogen version) with this complete set of Golf 7 Phase 2 LED headlights. Designed for discerning drivers, it provides a contemporary lighting signature and improved visibility. You have the right generation and the right grille design, but halogen headlights that put your car at a disadvantage compared to higher trims: this kit closes that gap in a single installation.

A Design That Transforms Your VW Golf MK7 Facelift

The design of the headlights perfectly complements the lines of the Golf MK7 facelift front end. The LED daytime running lights create a clean lighting signature that makes your Golf stand out day and night, precisely extending the grille line.

The effect is particularly striking at dusk: the yellow halo of the halogen gives way to a crisp white line that completely redefines the vehicle's look. This is what those who install Golf 7 Phase 2 LED headlights are looking for — the appearance of the most desirable versions in the range, without having to pay the price when ordering a new vehicle.

Premium Lighting Technology & Quality

The high-brightness LEDs ensure powerful, even illumination. The sealed housing (E-MARK approved) protects the electronics against moisture and the elements, ensuring optimal durability through the seasons.

Beyond style, it is the comfort of nighttime driving that improves: white light reproduces contrasts and road signs better than an aging original halogen headlight whose reflector has lost its efficiency. The treated polycarbonate lens also retains its transparency where an original unit eventually turns yellow.

Complete set of LED headlights — both headlight units are supplied, for a perfectly symmetrical look.

Golf 7 LED lighting signature — a line of diodes that identifies your car from afar.

E-MARK approved sealed housing — electronics protected from moisture and spray.

High-brightness white lighting — more comfortable nighttime road visibility.

Replacement for halogen headlights — the switch to LED without altering the front end.

Installing Your LED Headlights on the Golf MK7

This set is installed as a replacement for the original headlights. Important: designed for halogen versions, it is not suitable for GTI / GTD / R models. Professional installation is recommended to ensure sealing and proper adjustment. Compatibility should be checked according to the exact vehicle version.

The beam height adjustment after installation is a step that should not be overlooked: it determines both your lighting range and the absence of glare for other road users. Take advantage of the removal to check the condition of the connectors and clean the original mounting brackets.

How to Tell if My Golf 7 is a Phase 1 or a Phase 2?

The distinction is apparent at first glance on the front end. The Golf 7 Phase 2, marketed from late 2016 onwards, is recognizable by its redesigned front bumper, its more streamlined headlight design, and its daytime running light signature, which differs from the first model year. Inside, the multimedia screen is also larger on the facelift. This point is crucial: a set of Golf 7 headlights for a Phase 1 will not fit a Phase 2, as the bumper and grille cutouts are different. Check the year of first registration before ordering.

Why Order Your Golf 7 Phase 2 LED Headlights from Becquet Voiture?

Becquet Voiture is a French specialist in automotive lighting and customization.
