Fitting steps
- Comparer avec la calandre d'origine
Comparez la forme et les points de fixation avec la calandre de votre Dodge. Vérifiez le contenu du colis : 1 pièce.
- Déposer la calandre d'origine
Ouvrez le capot, retirez les vis et agrafes du haut, puis déclipsez la calandre. Sur certains modèles, il faut desserrer le pare-chocs.
- Nettoyer et dégraisser
Lavez la zone de pose, puis dégraissez-la à l'alcool isopropylique. Laissez sécher complètement.
- Clipser et coller
Engagez d'abord les clips, puis pressez fermement les zones adhésives pendant 30 secondes.
- Raccorder l'alimentation
Raccordez le fil positif à une alimentation 12 V protégée par un fusible, et le fil de masse à un point métallique. Isolez chaque raccord.
- Contrôler l'alignement
Vérifiez les jeux avec le capot, les phares et le pare-chocs. Contrôlez que l'emblème et les capteurs sont bien remontés.
- Protégez le pare-chocs avec du ruban de masquage avant de faire levier.
- Récupérez l'emblème et les supports de capteurs sur l'ancienne calandre.
- Posez au-dessus de 15 °C et évitez le lavage pendant 24 h : l'adhésif atteint sa pleine force après ce délai.
