Custom-Fit 3D Skoda Floor Mats: Octavia, Superb, Karoq and Fabia
Skoda's original carpeting doesn't cope well with the French winter: salt, gravel and water eventually leave permanent stains. The custom-fit 3D Skoda floor mat solves the problem better than a universal mat, forming a proper bordered tray that fits the floor up to the mounting points.
Each set is cut according to the floor layout of the relevant model: Octavia, Superb, Karoq and Fabia. The original anchor points are preserved, preventing the most dangerous flaw of ill-fitting mats: slipping under the brake pedal.
The material is quilted PU leather, which is easier to clean than fabric: a quick wipe with a sponge is all it takes where carpeting would retain the mark. The raised edges contain melted snow and mud instead of letting it run under the seats.
The visual appeal also counts: the quilted surface gives the interior a significantly more refined look than black rubber mats, especially in a high-trim Superb or Octavia. The stitching colours can be matched to the interior trim.
Installation takes just a few minutes: remove the original mats, clip the new set onto the anchor points, then check that the accelerator pedal retains its full travel before driving.

Frequently asked questions
Are 3D mats also suitable for the boot? The sets shown here cover the front and rear passenger compartment. For the boot, a dedicated tray is required, whose dimensions vary depending on whether the modular floor is in the high or low position.
Is PU leather damaged by frost? No: it remains flexible at sub-zero temperatures and does not crack like some low-end rubbers. Simply avoid peeling it off while it is frozen to the floor.
Should the original mats be removed? Yes, always. Layering two mats is the main cause of pedal blockage, and it remains a reason for a counter-test during the technical inspection.
