What is the shipping time for my order?
After your payment is validated, your order is prepared and shipped within 48 business hours. You receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as the package leaves.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package step by step. You can also find your order in your customer account.
What should I do if I am absent during delivery?
If you are absent, the delivery person leaves a delivery notice and your package is kept at the post office. You have 14 days to pick it up. After this period, the package is returned to us. In the event of a return, a 15% processing fee applies.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes. We deliver to mainland France, Europe, French overseas territories, USA, Canada, Africa, and many other countries. Costs and times are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination. Any customs duties are the customer's responsibility for non-EU destinations.
What should I do if my package does not arrive?
If your package is delayed beyond the stated times, contact our customer service at info@becquet-voiture.com with your order number. We will immediately open an investigation with the carrier and keep you informed.
