DescriptionEverything about this product

VW Golf MK6 MK7 GTI R Side Skirts — the extended sporty line

Refine the profile of your Volkswagen Golf (MK6, MK7, MK7.5, GTI, R, GTD) with these side skirt extensions. Designed for tuning enthusiasts, these side blades visually lower the vehicle for a ground-hugging look.

A design created for your Volkswagen Golf

These side separators attach under the side sills to extend the line and accentuate the sporty effect. Their low profile provides a more aggressive and dynamic silhouette.

Quality & finish

Made of ABS plastic, they feature a deep and neat Gloss Black finish. Their robust construction ensures a good hold against debris and bad weather.

Installation, compatibility & durability

Installation is done by high-adhesion bonding under the side sills. The adjustable length (approximately 2.2 m) allows for a custom cut. Compatibility should be checked according to your version before installation.

Give your Golf a ground-hugging look today.

Fitting steps

  1. Dry-fit the side skirts

Place each add-on under the door of your Volkswagen Golf (MK6 or MK7 or MK7.5) and check that it follows the body line.

  2. Clean and degrease

Wash the fitting area, then degrease it with isopropyl alcohol. Let it dry completely.

  3. Stick on the side skirts

Dry-fit the side skirts, peel the film off the double-sided tape, then press firmly for 30 seconds over the whole surface.

  4. Check the alignment

Open the doors and check that they don't touch the add-ons.

  • Start with the most visible side to set the height, then match it on the other side.
  • Fit above 59 °F (15 °C) and avoid washing for 24 h: the adhesive reaches full strength after that time.
