Fitting steps
- Dry-fit the spoiler
Place the spoiler on the tailgate or trunk lid of your vehicle without fixing it. Mark its exact position with masking tape. Check the package contents: Wing, High-strength adhesive tape, Fitting instructions. Part designed for: Seat Ibiza MK5 and Cupra. Check that your vehicle is one of them.
- Clean and degrease
Wash the fitting area, then degrease it with isopropyl alcohol. Let it dry completely.
- Stick the spoiler on
Dry-fit the spoiler, peel the film off the double-sided tape, then press firmly for 30 seconds over the whole surface.
- Check the hold
Check that the spoiler is properly aligned and does not move. Open and close the trunk to make sure it does not touch anything.
- Ideally fit above 59 °F (15 °C), in dry conditions.
- Get someone to help you hold the spoiler while positioning it.
