Fitting steps

  1. Open the original key

    Remove the emergency key and open the original shell along the seam. Part designed for: Audi A1, A8, Q2, Q8 and TT. Check that your vehicle is one of them. Before fitting, check that the version received (RS Carbon, Quattro White) is the one you ordered.

  2. Transfer the electronics

    Transfer the circuit board, battery and chip into the new shell, then close it.

  3. Check the blade

    Transfer the original blade if the shell comes without a cut blade.

  4. Test the key

    Test locking, unlocking and starting.

  • Note which way the battery faces before removing it.
  • Wash the carbon with soapy water and protect its clear coat from UV with a suitable wax.
