Fitting steps

  1. Identify the gearbox

    Check the gearbox type of your Audi Q5 and SQ5 (2019-2022) (manual or automatic) and the lever shape. Check the package contents: 1 × carbon knob cover (ABS), 1 × double-sided adhesive kit, Fitting instructions.

  2. Remove the original knob

    Unclip the boot from the console, then pull the knob upwards sharply (or unscrew it).

  3. Fit the lever

    Fit the lever in place of the original part, on the same mounts.

  4. Check the gear shifting

    Go through all the gears with the engine off: the knob must stay firm.

  • On an automatic gearbox, keep your foot on the brake and the ignition off during removal.
