Launch Control game rules

Launch Control is a free skill game on the becquet-voiture.com home page. Here are its rules, in plain words.

1. Organiser

The game is run by EMIR CORP, publisher of becquet-voiture.com. SIRET: 988 555 637 00012. Registered office: Ducos (97224), Martinique, France.

2. Free to play

The game is free and no purchase is necessary to play.
It is open to all visitors of the site, on computer, tablet and phone.
Tries are unlimited.

3. How to win

It is a game of skill, with no draw and no luck involved. To win, you must cover the 402 metres in less than the time shown in the game, reaction time included. The time shown at the end of the run is the real time.

4. The gift

The winner receives a magnetic car phone holder (colour subject to availability).
The gift is added for free to an order with at least one paid item. If a minimum cart amount is shown in the game when you win, that amount also applies.
One gift per order, while stocks last.
The gift cannot be exchanged, refunded or converted into cash or a voucher.
The gift does not count as an item for quantity discounts.

5. Adding to the cart

After you win, the gift is added to your cart. If your cart is empty, it is set aside and added automatically with your first item. If there is no paid item left in the cart, the gift is removed. Your win is saved in the browser you played with.

6. Delivery

The gift ships with your order, within the same delivery times.

7. Personal data

The game does not ask for or send any personal data. The result is only stored in the player's browser (local storage), to remember the win and the best time.

8. Cheating and changes to the game

Any attempt to cheat (software, script, tampering with the site) cancels the win. EMIR CORP may change or end the game at any time. Gifts already added to a confirmed order remain yours.
