Black Friday car accessories 2026: the date, and how to prepare for your purchases

When is Black Friday 2026?

Black Friday 2026 is on Friday, November 27, 2026, and Cyber Monday is on Monday, November 30, 2026.

These dates are not chosen at random: Black Friday falls on the last Friday of November every year, the day after Thanksgiving in the United States. Cyber Monday follows three days later, on Monday. For the following years: November 26, 2027, then November 24, 2028.

In France, the promotion has gradually extended to the entire preceding week for many retailers. However, the official date remains Friday.

Black Friday or Cyber Monday: which one is right for you?

In the world of car accessories, the distinction is real and worth knowing.

  • Black Friday is the day for impulse buys across all product categories: bodywork, interior, and styling. It is the time for spoilers, rearview mirror covers, paddle shifters, and steering wheel covers.
  • Cyber Monday is historically dedicated to technology products and online shopping. For a car, this means onboard electronics: CarPlay boxes, digital instrument clusters, LED headlights, and lights. Larger shopping carts, and purchases you had been thinking about for months.

Our two selections are separated for this reason: Black Friday car accessories and Cyber Monday auto & high-tech.

The preparation that makes all the difference: knowing your car

This is the most useful piece of advice in this article, and the one you read least often. In the world of car accessories, the most costly mistake is not paying too much: it is ordering an incompatible part in the rush of a promotional day, then having to return it.

Before November 27, take ten minutes and write down:

  • The model and generation — not "a Class A", but "Class A W177". Not "a Golf", but "Golf 7 phase 2". This code is on the registration card and on brand forums.
  • The year it was first registered — crucial whenever there has been a mid-life facelift.
  • The trim level — an S line, M Sport, or AMG Line version does not have the same bumpers as a base trim. Bumper blades and grilles depend directly on this.
  • The original multimedia system, if you are aiming for CarPlay — iDrive CCC or CIC on BMW, MMI 2G or 3G on Audi. This is the point that blocks most installations.
  • The wheel hub diameter, if you are aiming for hub caps — generally between 56 and 75 mm.

With these five pieces of information, you can order anything in the catalog without risk. Without them, you are limited to universal products.

How to recognize a real discount from a fake one

Let's be honest: Black Friday brings a lot of misleading displays, and car accessories are no exception. Two simple guidelines protect you.

1. The reference price from the last 30 days

European regulations (Omnibus Directive, transposed into French law) require that a discount announcement refer to the lowest price charged by the seller in the 30 days preceding. Not the manufacturer's recommended price, not a theoretical price.

In concrete terms: a product sold for €40 for six months cannot be advertised as "€80 → €40" on the day. Its previous price is €40, and the real discount is therefore zero.

2. The permanent crossed-out price

If a site displays a crossed-out price on its entire catalog all year round, this crossed-out price means nothing: the price actually charged is the discounted price, so that is the reference. An additional "discount" announced based on this inflated crossed-out price is not one.

The reflex to take: identify the products you are interested in right now, write down their prices, and compare them on November 27. This is the only method that never makes a mistake. This is also the reason why our Black Friday selection is online from September: so you can do exactly that.

❓ Frequently asked questions

When does Black Friday 2026 start in France?

Friday, November 27, 2026. Many retailers start their promotions at the beginning of the week, but the reference date remains the last Friday of November.

Is there a Black Friday for car parts and accessories?

Yes. It is even one of the most active periods of the year in this market, partly because it coincides with Christmas gift preparation and the arrival of winter, which boosts demand for lighting.

Is it better to buy on Black Friday or wait for the winter sales?

The winter sales start on the second Wednesday of January and last four weeks. They often concern end-of-series items, while Black Friday is more about current references. If you are interested in a specific product, do not bet on January: nothing guarantees it will still be available.

How long do the offers last?

The period generally covers the entire weekend, from Friday, November 27 to Monday, November 30, 2026, inclusive. The precise conditions applied to our selection will be published on the Black Friday car accessories page at the start of the promotion.
