Toyota LED Fog Lights
Fog lights are the most exposed lights on the car: positioned low in the bumper, they receive gravel, salt, and debris. This collection brings together replacement Toyota LED fog lights and blank covers for the Tacoma, Tundra, 4Runner, Sequoia, and Prius.
Two references cover the larger models: the Tacoma, 4Runner, and Tundra LED fog lights, and a Tundra, Sequoia, Tacoma, and Solara variant. The 2003-2009 4Runner has its own reference.
The 2004-2009 Prius is offered a set of two black fog light covers: the clean solution when the slots are empty on a trim without fog lights, or when the original covers have been broken.
Switching to LED brings a wider and whiter beam, but above all, better resistance to vibrations than halogen. The front fog light remains a light for regulated use: it is used in reduced visibility, not permanently.
Installation generally requires removing the front wheel well or part of the bumper to access the back of the unit. Allow 30 to 60 minutes per side, and check the orientation of the beam once the bumper is reinstalled.
Compatible with the entire Toyota range
The Toyota fog lights in this collection cover: Tacoma, Tundra, 4Runner (including 2003-2009), Sequoia, Solara, and Prius 2004-2009 for blank covers. Check the diameter and shape of the original unit before ordering.
Compatible models: Tacoma, Tundra, 4Runner, 4Runner 2003-2009, Sequoia, Solara, Prius 2004-2009 (covers).
Why choose this collection?
- Resistant LED: no filament, so much better resistance to vibrations than halogen.
- Wide beam: the close and spread lighting expected from a fog light.
- Blank covers: clean finish on the empty slots of a Prius.
- Complete units: fully replaced optic, with gasket and fasteners.
Frequently asked questions
When to use front fog lights? In severely reduced visibility: fog, heavy rain, or snowfall. Their permanent use is prohibited because they blind other road users and provide nothing in clear weather.
Do you need to remove the bumper to change a fog light? On most Toyotas, removing the front wheel well is enough to access the back of the unit. On some models, partially removing the bumper greatly facilitates the work.
My LEDs trigger a warning light on the dashboard, why? The low power consumption of the LED can be interpreted as a burnt-out bulb. An anti-error module solves the situation, as detailed in our OBD error and LED guide.
