Audi Bumpers: Grilles, Inserts and Bodywork Parts
Redesigning the front of an Audi rarely requires a complete bumper replacement: it is the grilles, inserts, and trims that do all the work. This collection brings together front and rear bumper parts that allow you to upgrade from a base trim to an S line or RS look.
The lower bumper grille is the centerpiece. In glossy or matte black honeycomb, it replaces the original mesh on the A3 S3 8V RS3, A6 C7 S line, or Q5, and gives the front end the taut look characteristic of sporty versions.
The chrome or black grille inserts frame the side air intakes and clip onto the original mounting points. On the Q5 and Q7, they combine with the fog light trims for a cohesive look, in 2 or 4 pieces depending on the reference.
At the rear, you will find diffusers, tow cover plates, trunk sill protectors, and bumper grilles that complement a blacked-out exhaust tip. The entire set fits without painting, in a pre-finished finish.
All these parts are made of UV-treated ABS and are mounted on the factory fixings, by clipping or with Torx screws. No cutting of the bumper skin is necessary, making the operation entirely reversible when it comes time to sell the car.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do these bumper parts need to be repainted? No: they are delivered pre-finished in glossy black, matte black, or chrome. Only a few bare bodywork parts, clearly marked as such, require painting.
Does installation require removing the bumper? Most often no: the grilles can be unclipped from the outside. Some A6 C7 center grilles require opening the wheel arches to reach the rear clips.
Do these modifications cause problems at the technical inspection? An insert that is correctly secured, has no sharp edges, and does not obscure the lighting or license plate is not a reason for failure. Simply check the tightness before the inspection.
