Frequently asked questions about a Mercedes seat cushion
At what height should a lumbar cushion be placed? In the natural hollow of the back, just above the belt. Too high, it pushes the shoulder blades and creates new pain; too low, it supports nothing.
Does the cushion interfere with the side airbag? No, as long as it remains on the central surface of the backrest and does not cover the lateral seam marked AIRBAG. Our models are sized for this.
Does the Nappa leather scratch the original upholstery? No: the back face is lined with a soft fabric, and the straps are elastic and without metal hooks.
