Fitting steps

1. Dry-fit the spoiler

Place the spoiler on the tailgate or trunk of your Hyundai i30 MK3 (2017-2020) without fixing it. Mark its exact position with masking tape. Before fitting, check that the version received (Carbon Look, Gloss Black, Matte Black) is the one you ordered.

2. Choose the mounting

Depending on the version, the spoiler is fitted with or without drilling. Hold the part in place and locate the original points before drilling anything.

3. Clean and degrease

Wash the fitting area, then degrease it with isopropyl alcohol. Let it dry completely.

4. Stick the spoiler on

Dry-fit the spoiler, peel the film off the 3M tape, then press firmly for 30 seconds over the whole surface.

5. Check the hold

Check that the spoiler is properly aligned and does not move. Open and close the trunk to make sure it does not touch anything.
