Fitting steps

1. Locate the part

   Turn off the ignition and locate the button to replace on your BMW Z4 E89 (2009-2016). Check the package contents: 1x Button.

2. Remove the old button

   Unclip the button or panel with a plastic pry tool, then unplug the connector if there is one.

3. Fit the button

   Fit the button in place of the original part, on the same mounts.

4. Plug in and connect

   Plug in the original connector, then connect the additional wires. Identify each wire with a multimeter and insulate every connection.

5. Test the function

   Turn the ignition back on and test each function of the button.
