Fitting steps
- Compare with the original grille
Compare the shape and mounting points with the grille of your Mini. Check the package contents: 3 (Grille + 2 Trims). Part designed for: Mini Coupé R58, John Cooper Works and Cooper. Check that your vehicle is one of them.
- Remove the original grille
Open the hood, remove the top screws and clips, then unclip the grille. On some models, the bumper must be loosened.
- Fit the grille
Fit the grille in place of the original part, on the same mounts. No modification is needed.
- Check the alignment
Check the gaps with the hood, headlights and bumper. Make sure the emblem and sensors are properly refitted.
- Protect the bumper with masking tape before prying.
- Transfer the emblem and the sensor brackets from the old grille.
