Fitting steps
- Compare with the original grille
Compare the shape and mounting points with the grille of your Ford Transit MK8 (2015-2018).
- Remove the original grille
Open the hood, remove the top screws and clips, then unclip the grille. On some models, the bumper must be loosened.
- Clip on, then screw
First engage the clips in their slots, then tighten the screws. Do not force the plastic.
- Plug in and connect
Plug in the original connector, then connect the additional wires. Identify each wire with a multimeter and insulate every connection.
- Check the alignment
Check the gaps with the hood, headlights and bumper. Make sure the emblem and sensors are properly refitted.
- Protect the bumper with masking tape before prying.
- Transfer the emblem and the sensor brackets from the old grille.
