Black Audi A5 B9 grille — transform your coupe's style (2017-2019)
Give your Audi A5 B9 a decidedly sporty and aggressive look with this high-quality black Performance grille. Designed specifically for 2017 to 2019 A5 B9 models, this body part replaces your original grille for a unique look on the road. At first glance, the large clear Singleframe grille gives way to a solid black block: the coupe looks lower, wider, and instantly more purposeful.
A design that transforms your Audi A5
The B9 already had the lines; it was missing the look. By completely darkening the front end, this Audi A5 B9 honeycomb grille creates the contrast that was missing between the sculpted hood and the bumper. The tight mesh catches the light and adds depth where the factory grille remained flat.
The effect works just as well on a Coupe as on a Sportback or a Cabriolet, and particularly on an A5 S Line trim, whose sculpted bumpers perfectly complement this treatment. On a light color, the contrast is striking; on a dark body, the whole thing shifts into a very high-end monochrome look.
Superior manufacturing quality
Made of tough ABS plastic, this grille offers exceptional resistance to impacts and the elements, ensuring long-lasting durability. Its matte or glossy black finish (depending on your choice) brings an immediate touch of refinement and modernity to the front of your vehicle. The material is UV-treated to prevent the gradual fading that low-end grille grilles undergo, and its geometry remains stable despite the temperature fluctuations between winter and summer.
- Audi A5 B9 2017 2018 2019 grille — specifically cut for the B9 generation, not a universal part.
- Matte black or glossy black finish — two possible looks for the same design.
- Black or chrome Audi emblem — the detail that determines the level of subtlety.
- Direct mounting on original points — no drilling, no cutting, reversible installation.
- UV-treated ABS — long-lasting resistance to gravel, salt, and high-pressure washing.
Easy installation on your Audi A5 B9
The installation of this Audi grille was designed to be simple. It uses the exact original mounting points, which means no modification to your bumper is necessary. A direct installation that allows you to transform your car quickly after removing the old grille. Plan to transfer the four-ring emblem and, depending on your A5's equipment, the adaptive cruise control sensor and the front camera. Mounting a grille without drilling mainly requires a methodical approach: free the clips with a plastic tool, position the part dry, then snap it in from the center toward the ends.
Customization and emblem
Choose the finish that best suits your preferences with our available Audi emblem options (chrome or black). Whether you are looking for an elegant contrast or a full "Black Edition" look, this grille adapts to your style. Many owners pair the black emblem with matching mirror caps to achieve a completely dechromed front end without repainting a single part.
How do I know if my A5 is a B9?
The B9 is immediately recognizable by its wider and lower Singleframe grille, its tapered headlights, and the pronounced crease running along the sides. It has been produced from 2016-2017 depending on the market, whereas the previous B8 features a rounder front end. If in doubt, the registration document shows the date of first registration, and a simple photo from the front will tell you: the Audi A5 B9 grille and that of the previous generation do not share the same silhouette or mounting points.
