Restore the Brilliance of Your VW Golf 4 GTI Headlights with Polycarbonate Covers

Have the headlights of your Volkswagen Golf 4 or Golf 4 GTI yellowed, or has their polycarbonate become scratched or clouded by UV rays? Our new clear polycarbonate headlight covers immediately restore the clarity and range of your front lighting, without requiring the complete replacement of the headlight assembly, which is much more expensive.

Volkswagen OEM-Compliant Design

The covers replicate the exact geometry of the original parts, with positioning marks and fasteners identical to the manufacturer's. The integration into the Golf 4 or Golf 4 GTI headlight assembly is perfect, with no play or misalignment relative to the original contours, and preserves the model's iconic aesthetics.

Superior Manufacturing Quality

The high-strength polycarbonate offers optimal optical transparency and resists impacts from stones thrown on the highway. The anti-UV treatment prevents premature yellowing. Delivered in protective packaging throughout metropolitan France.

Compatibility and Installation

Compatible with the Volkswagen Golf 4 and Golf 4 GTI. Available individually (left or right side) or as a complete pair. Installation does not require replacing the entire headlight assembly: open the assembly, clean the reflector, replace the cover, and then reseal. Allow approximately one hour per headlight.

Fitting steps

  1. Prepare the headlight

Remove the headlight of your Volkswagen Golf MK4 and identify the side of the lens to replace.

  2. Dry-fit the headlight lens

Hold the headlight lens in place without fixing it to check the fit and mark the exact position.

  3. Replace the lens

Heat the headlight to soften the seal, remove the old lens, lay the new one on a bead of butyl sealant and clamp it.

  4. Check the seal

Let it rest, then check for condensation after a wash.

  • Professional fitting is recommended: the headlight's water-tightness depends on it.
