Fitting steps

  1. Mark the position

    Mark the position of the original emblem of your Audi with masking tape before removing it. Check the package contents: 1 black emblem, Pre-applied 3M adhesive, Quick fitting guide. Part designed for: Audi A1, A3, A4, A5, A6, Q3, Q5, TT, A7 and A8. Check that your vehicle is one of them.

  2. Remove the old emblem

    Heat the emblem, slide a nylon line behind it and cut through the adhesive. Remove any residue with alcohol.

  3. Clean and degrease

    Wash the fitting area, then degrease it with isopropyl alcohol. Let it dry completely.

  4. Stick on the badge

    Dry-fit the badge, peel the film off the 3M tape, then press firmly for 30 seconds over the whole surface.

  5. Check the alignment

    Check that the emblem is straight and pressed flat all around.

  • Gently heat the old emblem and cut the adhesive with nylon line so you don't scratch the paint.
  • Fit above 59 °F (15 °C) and avoid washing for 24 h: the adhesive reaches full strength after that time.
