Fitting steps

1. Mark the position

   Mark the position of the original emblem of your Audi with masking tape before removing it. Check the package contents: Sold as a pair (2 pieces). Part designed for: Audi A1, A3, A4, A5, Q3 and Q5. Check that your vehicle is one of them. Before fitting, check that the version received (Chrome, Gloss black) is the one you ordered.

2. Remove the old emblem

   Heat the emblem, slide a nylon line behind it and cut through the adhesive. Remove any residue with alcohol.

3. Clean and degrease

   Wash the fitting area, then degrease it with isopropyl alcohol. Let it dry completely.

4. Stick the emblem on

   Dry-fit the emblem, peel the film off the 3M tape, then press firmly for 30 seconds over the whole surface.

5. Check the alignment

   Check that the emblem is straight and pressed flat all around.

• Gently heat the old emblem and cut the adhesive with nylon line so you don't scratch the paint.
• Fit above 59 °F (15 °C) and avoid washing for 24 h: the adhesive reaches full strength after that time.
• Avoid abrasive products on chrome parts.
