Fitting steps

  1. Measure the outlet

    Let the exhaust of your BMW cool down, then measure the diameter of the original outlet. Part designed for: BMW M2, M3 and M5. Check that your vehicle is one of them. Before fitting, check that the version received (Inlet 60mm - Outlet 79mm, Inlet 63mm - Outlet 79mm, Inlet 60mm - Outlet 105mm) is the one you ordered.

  2. Dry-fit the exhaust tip

    Hold the exhaust tip in place without fixing it to check the fit and mark the exact position.

  3. Fix the tip

    Slide the tip onto the original outlet, adjust the depth and alignment, then tighten the clamp or locking screws.

  4. Check the result

    Check the alignment with the bumper and run the engine to make sure there is no noise.

  • Never work on a hot exhaust.
  • Retighten after a few days of use.
  • Wash the carbon with soapy water and protect its clear coat from UV with a suitable wax.
