Fitting steps
- Locate the original paddles
Note the shape and mounts of the original paddles of your Audi, with the wheels straight and the engine off. Part designed for: Audi A3, A4, A5, A6, A7, TT, Q3 and Q5. Check that your vehicle is one of them. Before fitting, check that the version received (Carbon black, Carbon red) is the one you ordered.
- Dry-fit the paddles
Hold the paddles in place without fixing them to check the fit and mark the exact position.
- Clip on the paddles
Push each paddle onto its mount until it clicks, first on the left, then on the right.
- Test the gear changes
With the engine off, operate each paddle: the click must be crisp.
- Do not disconnect the airbag unless the instructions ask you to.
- Wash the carbon with soapy water and protect its clear coat from UV with a suitable wax.
