Fitting steps

  1. Access the light

    Switch off the lights and locate the access to the light on your Mercedes-Benz G-Class W463 (2002-2018) (trunk trim, bumper or spoiler). Compare with the original part number A4638201964 / A4638202064. Identify the side (left or right) before you start.

  2. Remove the original light

    Unplug the connector and unclip or unscrew the original light.

  3. Clip on, then screw

    First engage the clips in their slots, then tighten the screws. Do not force the plastic.

  4. Plug in the connector

    Plug the light into the original connector of your Mercedes-Benz G-Class W463 (2002-2018). No wires need to be cut.

  5. Test the lighting

    Press the brake pedal and have someone check that the light comes on.

  • Check that the seal is watertight after fitting.
