Hyundai Genesis Coupé LED Taillights — the Korean coupe finally worthy of its chassis
These Hyundai Genesis Coupé LED taillights give your rear-wheel-drive car the nighttime signature it has been missing since day one. Enhance the rear of your Hyundai Genesis Coupé / Rohens Coupé with these complete replacement dynamic LED lights. Sporty smoked finish, sequential turn signals, and a deep light signature for a 100% sporty aftermarket look. The Genesis Coupé has always had the stance of a true sports car; it just lacked the matching rear look.
Sporty design and aggressive look specific to your Hyundai
Sculpted lens with 3D LED bars, sequential turn signal animation. The smoked finish blends perfectly with the Genesis's sporty coupe look. The raised light bars create a sense of depth that the flat, compartmentalized original lenses never offered: at night, you no longer see individual bulbs but a continuous graphic running across the entire width of the unit.
The smoked tint darkens the rear when parked and highlights the taut lines of the Rohens Coupé. Paired with black, gray, or red bodywork, it gives that "special edition factory part" look sought by owners who have already upgraded their wheels and exhaust. These smoked taillights transform the silhouette without touching the bodywork.
Material, build quality, and premium finish
UV-treated thermoformed ABS housing, high-transparency polycarbonate lens, IP67 waterproof seals. Long-lasting high-brightness LEDs. The IP67 rating means the unit withstands heavy rain, high-pressure washing, and condensation without moisture entering the lens — the number one flaw of low-end units. The UV treatment on the housing prevents the whitish haze that appears on plastics exposed to the sun.
- Genesis Coupé LED taillights with sequential turn signal — smooth flow, immediate modern effect
- Sporty smoked finish — darkened rear when parked, clear red signature when lit
- IP67 waterproof — no internal fogging, even after a pressure wash or wintering outdoors
- Raised 3D LED bars — visual depth absent from the original lenses
- Complete pair of left and right taillights — strictly identical appearance on both sides
Installation, vehicle compatibility, and durability
Compatible with Hyundai Genesis Coupé / Rohens Coupé (2009-2018). OEM connectors, manual included, plug & play installation without wiring harness modification. In practice, installing the LED taillights is limited to removing the trunk interior trim, disconnecting the original plug, unscrewing the fasteners, and positioning the new unit. Allow about an hour while taking your time; check the exact phase of your coupe (pre- or post-facelift) and the proper operation of all functions before closing the trim panels.
Do smoked taillights shine less brightly?
This is a legitimate concern for any buyer. The answer lies in the light source: a smoked tint applied to an incandescent bulb does indeed reduce the output, while a high-brightness LED module has a reserve of intensity more than sufficient to penetrate the darkened lens. This is precisely why modern smoked units are designed with LEDs from the start. However, remain mindful of the regulations in force for driving on public roads in your country, and have the assembly inspected after installation.
