Ford Mustang 2015-2017 LED daytime running lights: two streaks of light in the grille

Installing the daytime running lights on your Ford Mustang 2015-2017
The modules are mounted in place of the corner grille covers. The wiring is done by tapping into the parking light or daytime running light and turn signal wires of the headlight, with the quick connectors provided. The connection is polarized and an error-proof resistor is built-in. Allow about an hour. Compatibility: Mustang EcoBoost, EcoBoost Premium, V6, Shelby GT350 and GT350R from 2015 to 2017. Not compatible with Mustang GT and GT Premium, whose grille is different.
Are LED daytime running lights on a Mustang allowed in France?
Daytime running lights are mandatory on recent cars, but added lighting must be approved to be driven on public roads. No approval is indicated for these modules: plan to be able to turn them off and check the regulations, especially before a technical inspection. Your original lights remain in place and fully functional.
