Sport air filter for Volkswagen — more airflow, fewer consumables
This washable sport air filter replaces the original paper cartridge in your Volkswagen Golf 5, Golf 6, Touran, Tiguan, Sharan, Scirocco, Passat, Jetta, CC, or Eos. It fits into the existing airbox and offers a more permeable filter surface, for an engine that breathes better — and a part you no longer have to buy every time you service your car.
Designed for your Volkswagen
The dimensions match those of the group's original cartridge: same footprint, same mounting points, same peripheral seal. No modification to the airbox cover is necessary, and the airflow sensor remains in place. It is a direct replacement, not an intake kit that would require reworking the entire system.
Technology, quality & finish
The multilayer filter media is supported by a metal grid that prevents it from deforming under vacuum. The elastomer frame ensures a tight seal in the housing and withstands the heat cycles of the engine compartment. Designed to be cleaned and reused, it can be rinsed, dried, and oiled instead of being thrown away.
Installation, compatibility & durability
Installation involves opening the airbox and replacing the filter: a few minutes, without special tools. Before ordering, check that the dimensions match your engine, as several sizes coexist on these models depending on the version. Plan for regular cleaning according to your mileage and driving environment — a clogged sport filter filters less effectively than new paper.
Switch to the washable sport air filter and stop buying a new cartridge every year.
