Fitting steps
- Mark the position
Locate the grille to replace on the bumper of your Ford Transit MK8 (2015-2018) and check the side (left, right or center).
- Remove the old grille
Unclip the original grille with a plastic pry tool, starting from a corner. Unplug the fog light if there is one.
- Clip on, then screw
First engage the clips in their slots, then tighten the screws. Do not force the plastic.
- Plug in and connect
Plug in the original connector, then connect the additional wires. Identify each wire with a multimeter and insulate every connection.
- Check the hold
Press all around the edge: the grille must sit flat and not vibrate.
- Go through the back of the bumper (wheel arch) if the grille does not unclip from the front.
