Fitting steps
- Mark the position
Mark the position of the original emblem of your Audi with masking tape before removing it. Part designed for: Audi A3, Q5, A4 B8 and B9, A5, A6 C7, A7, Q3 and Q7. Check that your vehicle is one of them.
- Remove the old emblem
Heat the emblem, slide a nylon line behind it and cut through the adhesive. Remove any residue with alcohol.
- Clean and degrease
Wash the fitting area, then degrease it with isopropyl alcohol. Let it dry completely.
- Stick the logo on
Dry-fit the logo, peel the film off the double-sided tape, then press firmly for 30 seconds over the whole surface.
- Check the alignment
Check that the emblem is straight and pressed flat all around.
- Gently heat the old emblem and cut the adhesive with nylon line so you don't scratch the paint.
- Fit above 59 °F (15 °C) and avoid washing for 24 h: the adhesive reaches full strength after that time.
