Fitting steps

1. Prepare the replacement

   Check the type of original headlights of your vehicle (halogen, xenon or LED) and the connector. Compare with the original part number 10500140550 / 10500130550. Identify the side (left or right) before you start. Part designed for: Opel Insignia and Buick. Check that your vehicle is one of them.

2. Cut the power

   Turn off the ignition and disconnect the negative battery terminal before touching the electrical circuit.

3. Remove the original headlights

   Remove the bumper or grille if necessary, unplug the connector and unscrew the headlight.

4. Fit the headlights

   Fit the headlights in place of the original part, on the same mounts. No modification is needed.

5. Plug in the connector

   Plug the headlights into the original connector of your vehicle. No wires need to be cut.

6. Adjust the headlights

   Have the beam height adjusted, then test all functions (low beam, high beam, turn signal, daytime running lights).

• Headlight adjustment is mandatory after replacement.
