Enhance Your BMW 3 Series E90 E92 with These Headlight Covers
Give your BMW 3 Series E90 sedan or E92 coupe the intimidating look of M Performance builds with these headlight covers. This aesthetic addition, a signature of the M Division's racing packs from 2005 to 2012, instantly sculpts the front end of your Bavarian car, giving it the visual aggression of a factory 335i Performance or a Vorsteiner build.
Racing Design Inspired by Motorsport
The covers feature a taut geometry that naturally extends the upper contour of the original headlights, accentuating the characteristic furrowed brow of German sports sedans. The design draws on the styling cues of M3 E90 / E92 CSL builds and Alpina's ACS3 kits, creating an immediate visual effect of narrowed headlights. Viewed from the front, your 3 Series now has a much more dominant attitude, ready to devour the road.
Aerodynamic Performance and Style
Beyond their visual appeal, the covers help channel airflow through the upper part of the bumper, slightly reducing turbulence around the headlight compartment during high-speed driving. It is a subtle detail appreciated by Driver's Pack enthusiasts, who find in these accessories the spirit of BMW Motorsport builds inherited from the DTM and WTCC competitions of the E90 era.
Premium Build Quality
The covers are molded from high-density ABS, a material prized for its resistance to thermal shock, UV rays, and high-pressure washing. The finish comes ready to paint in the exact color of your bodywork, or available in matte / glossy black according to your choice. Each piece is inspected to ensure perfect uniformity and a millimeter-precise fit around the headlight contours.
Compatibility and Installation
These covers are strictly designed for the original headlights of the BMW 3 Series E90 sedan (2005-2011) and E92 coupe (2006-2013). Attachment is done using pre-applied high-performance 3M VHB double-sided adhesive: degrease the area with isopropanol, position dry, remove the protective film, and press firmly for at least 60 seconds at an ambient temperature of 20°C. Allow 15 minutes for complete installation, with no drilling, no headlight removal, and fully reversible. Delivered as a perfectly symmetrical left and right pair.
