Fitting steps

1. Prepare the replacement

Check the type of original headlights of your Ford Mondeo MK4 (2006-2010) (halogen, xenon or LED) and the connector. Identify the side (left or right) before you start.

2. Cut the power

Turn off the ignition and disconnect the negative battery terminal before touching the electrical circuit.

3. Remove the original headlights

Remove the bumper or grille if necessary, unplug the connector and unscrew the headlight.

4. Fit the headlight

Fit the headlight in place of the original part, on the same fixings. No modification is needed.

5. Plug in the connector

Plug the headlight into the original connector of your Ford Mondeo MK4 (2006-2010). No wires need to be cut.

6. Adjust the headlights

Have the beam height adjusted, then test all functions (low beam, high beam, turn signal, daytime running lights).

• Headlight adjustment is mandatory after replacement.
