LED Headlights BMW 3 Series E90 E91 2005-2012

BMW 3 Series E90 E91 LED Headlight — the modern look a cult sedan deserves

Transform the front of your BMW 3 Series E90 / E91 (model years 2005 to 2012) with this set of projector lens LED headlights. Designed for enthusiasts who want high-performance lighting and a contemporary light signature, they replace your original halogen or xenon headlights. A well-maintained E90 remains a beautiful car; what usually gives it away is cloudy headlight lenses. This BMW 3 Series E90 LED headlight eliminates this flaw in a single installation and restores the chassis's full presence.

A design that transforms your BMW 3 Series E90

These headlights fit the contours of the E90 sedan and E91 touring for a seamless integration. The DRL signature and projector lens give the vehicle a bold look and premium style, day or night. The RGB versions allow for customizable ring lighting, in the spirit of the BMW E90 angel eye headlights that made the brand famous, but with the clarity of a modern LED source.

The effect is noticeable at the first start-up: the daytime running light strip illuminates, the BMW 3 Series E90 headlight creates a focused look, and the front end instantly looks twenty years younger. Park it next to an original E90 and the contrast is undeniable — it's exactly the kind of detail that turns heads at a car meet.

Technology & quality of premium LED lighting

Thanks to high-efficiency LED diodes, these headlights deliver a clear and even beam for better visibility. The durable materials and careful assembly ensure good resistance to moisture and temperature fluctuations. Compared to an aging BMW 3 Series E90 xenon headlight, whose ballast and bulb shift toward purple over the years, the LED source retains its color temperature and intensity much longer. The projector lens, meanwhile, guarantees a sharp beam cut-off: you see far without dazzling others.

• Projector lens car LED headlight — dense beam, sharp cut-off, no dark spots.
• Integrated DRL signature — daytime running lights that identify the car from the front, even in bright sunlight.
• White or RGB versions — customizable light ring according to your build.
• Compatible with halogen or xenon base — a reference adapted to the original equipment of your E90 / E91.
• E90 sedan and E91 touring — the same premium look on both body styles.

Installation on your BMW E90 / E91: what you need to know

Designed as a replacement for the original headlights, they are mounted in the designated location. Choose the appropriate version (halogen or xenon, white or RGB) and check compatibility before installation; professional installation is recommended. The installation of LED headlights on an E90 requires removing the front bumper on most versions, followed by a beam height adjustment: nothing insurmountable for a workshop, but it's better not to improvise on a part of this value.

Restore your E90 headlights or replace them?

Headlight restoration with polish restores transparency to clouded polycarbonate, and it's an excellent solution if the lens is healthy. But it does not change the source technology, the internal design, or the light signature: after a few months, the haze returns. Switching to a complete BMW E90 LED headlight set solves the problem permanently, with the added benefits of a real lighting improvement and a contemporary style. On a car you plan to keep, the calculation is quick.
