Volkswagen Golf 7 MK7 2013-2017 LED Headlights — the lighting signature that changes everything
Modernize the front of your Volkswagen Golf 7 MK7 (2013-2017 TDI TSI) with this set of Golf 7 LED headlights with integrated DRL daytime running lights. These front light units replace the original headlights and give your Golf a sharp, contemporary, premium look. A pre-facelift Golf 7 is immediately recognizable by its dull halogen lights: this is exactly the detail that betrays the car's age. By switching to LED headlights, your compact car instantly takes on the look of the high-end versions.
A design created for your Volkswagen Golf 7
The headlights perfectly follow the lines of the Golf 7 front end and provide a distinctive lighting signature day and night. The DRL strip highlights the vehicle's sporty character. At first glance in another driver's rearview mirror, the Golf 7 lighting signature makes its presence felt: a clean, continuous line that outlines the upper edge of the light unit.
The dark interior finish and carefully crafted reflector provide the depth you expect from a quality LED car headlight. On a light body color or a dark shade, the set gives the Golf 7 pre-facelift the look of a recent model, without changing the original lines.
Premium lighting technology & quality
LED technology offers powerful, uniform, and durable lighting, for better visibility and controlled power consumption. The clear lens and carefully crafted housing ensure a premium finish and long-lasting durability. The diodes maintain their color temperature over time, whereas a halogen bulb drifts toward yellow. These Golf 7 front lights combine high beams, low beams, and DRL daytime running lights in a single, cohesive unit.
- Integrated DRL daytime running lights — continuous light strip that redesigns the look of the Golf 7
- Powerful white LED lighting — uniform light, better road visibility at night
- Sold as a pair — both sides delivered together for perfect symmetry
- Replacement for original headlights — complete units, not just a replacement bulb
- Compatible with TDI and TSI 2013-2017 — excluding GTI and R versions, check according to trim level
Installation on your Golf 7 MK7
Set sold as a pair, designed to replace the original headlights. Important note: not suitable for GTI / R versions. Compatibility should be checked according to the version before installation; professional installation is recommended. The installation of LED headlights generally involves removing the front bumper on this generation, then unplugging the connectors and adjusting the beam. This final adjustment is essential: it is what guarantees effective lighting without disturbing other road users.
Should you replace both headlights at the same time on a Golf 7?
Yes, without hesitation. A single new unit next to a dull original headlight creates a visible imbalance day and night: the light shades differ, as does the intensity. This is why these Golf 7 headlights are offered as a complete pair. You get a perfectly symmetrical signature, an impeccable photo result, and truly uniform lighting on the road. Also remember to check the exact trim of your vehicle before ordering, as the Golf 7 has been offered in many equipment variants.
