Fitting steps

  1. Access the light

    Switch off the lights and locate the access to the light on your Mercedes-Benz (trunk trim, bumper or spoiler). Compare with the original part number A2518201. Part designed for: Mercedes-Benz GL-Class X164 and R-Class. Check that your vehicle is one of them.

  2. Remove the original light

    Unplug the connector and unclip or unscrew the original light.

  3. Fit the light

    Fit the light in place of the original part, on the same mounts. No modification is needed.

  4. Plug in the connector

    Reconnect the original connector to the light until the lock clicks.

  5. Test the lighting

    Press the brake pedal and have someone check that the light comes on.
